Letter: A Clear Indication of NHS Underfunding

Surely there can be no clearer indication of the underfunding of our NHS than the charging of parking fees for disabled patients.

I dearly hope my fellow Guildford residents will make their views known in the next round of elections so we get a Labour government who will once again sort out the funding crisis in our health care system.
