Retired railwayman and author Geoff Burch from Worplesdon will once again be selling copies of his books – Further Ramblings of Railwaymen and Rambling Railwayman’s Recollections in the entrance hall at Guildford railway station on Saturdays, December 5 and 19, from 10am to 5pm.

Each one makes ideal Christmas gifts for anyone interested in the local railway scene from the end of steam era in the 1960s through to later modern forms of traction.

The books are hardback and are full of lavish and nostalgic photos, many in colour, with lots of great stories and railway tales.

Pop along to see Geoff and buy signed copies.

He will also be selling CDs containing the e-book version of his first book The Ramblings of a Railwayman.

They can also be ordered from him direct on 07710 094113 , or via his website.
