Can You Identify These Locations? (29)

It’s fair to say that the most regular respondents to these mystery photos correctly identified last week’s images – namely Jon Plowman, Bernard Parke and the Baileys.

The first location was indeed Bridge Street in Guildford and the second was the Technical Institute in Park Street (sometimes called Lower Farnham Road), Guildford. Click here to see last week’s post on the St Catherine’s Village website and their comments.

Two more Guildford photos this week.

The one above was taken in, I guess, the late 1960s or early 1970s. Which road is seen here. The buildings have long gone. The clue is: St John Ambulance.

The photo below dates to the early 1900s and shows a school. It’s still a school, but which one?
