Cyclist Injured In Ripley Collision – Police Seek Witnesses

OS Street View TQ05NWSurrey police officers are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was involved in a collision in Ripley on Monday evening (June 3).

The 27-year-old man was riding his bicycle along the B367 Newark Lane towards Church Hill just before 7pm when the collision occurred. There were no other vehicles involved.

Although an air ambulance was called, the man ended up being taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting by road. He is currently being treated for head injuries and remains in a serious but stable condition.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or has any other information, is asked to contact Surrey Police’s Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting incident reference number P13163497.
