Did You See Collision on the Farnham Road?

A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision between a white van and a pedestrian on Farnham Road,  near the junction with Friar’s Gate.

Police officers were called to Farnham Road at around 9.10pm yesterday evening (September 7).

The pedestrian was a man in his 40s. The driver of the van is assisting officers with their enquiries.

A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or have any dashcam footage to please contact us quoting PR/ 45220096423 via:

“If you do not wish to leave your name, please call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
