It’s Easter and in the midst of this wretched lockdown we wanted to bring you something to lift your spirits and maybe inject a little optimism.

So Mark Insoll has put together a slide show of some images captured in the Castle Grounds.

This jewel in Guilford’s crown can’t be appreciated by most, of course, at the moment and we certainly don’t wish to encourage people to gather there, so instead just click on the video below, enjoy a virtual tour and give mental thanks to our borough council’s parks department that does such a wonderful job.
