Fatal Accident in Wonersh – Police Appeal for Witnesses

Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Wonersh on Friday (November 13).

Officers were called to Cranleigh Road at 5.50pm following reports of a collision involving a Peugeot and a BMW.

The driver of the Peugeot, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the BMW has been taken to hospital with what are believed to be minor injuries.

Cranleigh Road is currently closed between the junctions with The Drive, and Lords Hill Road.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who saw the collision or the manner of driving of either vehicle beforehand.
