It’s time to get the frying pans out and get in training for this major charity event in Guildford High Street on Shrove Tuesday morning, February 25.

For 2020 the event will be raising money for Real Change Guildford, a charity that helps the homeless and less well off with small grants that can make all the difference, such as a new pair of shoes or train ticket for an interview or the deposit for a home.

The fun starts at 11am and will be compered by Peter Gordon from Eagle Radio.

Organised by the Charlotteville Jubilee Trust, it relies on the generosity of sponsors to make the races possible, can you help?

Most importantly competitors are needed. And prizes for the contestants are also required.

Volunteers are also needed to help the event run smoothly, especially with setting up and clearing up!

For more details contact John Redpath on 01483 598420. Email: john.redpath@charlotteville.co.uk

Details are also given on the Charlotteville Jubilee Trust’s website, click here.
