   The square bashing scenes in ‘Carry on Sergeant’ were filmed there.

   This is great to see. I used to work at CTC, the national cycling charity, just around the corner at Railton Road, in 2014-2015.

   I used to walk through the nearby housing estate during my lunch hour for exercise and the old barracks were always a point of interest. I might have to go back and take another look now that I’ve seen this clip.

   Does anyone have any other old photos of Stoughton, just to satisfy my curiosity?
