One of the best matches from City for a while in front a large crowd.
The score could have even been higher except for the goalpost.
With all new players this season we knew it would take a few games for the side click, well done to manager Dean Thomas, and his staff.
More support is needed at home games for City to become a top non-league team again like the old Guildford City team, and to get their own football ground in Guildford again.
This Saturday the City are at home to Eastbourne United in the FA-Vase, kick off 3pm.
Another city win in the FA Vase beating Eastbourne United 2-1, the winning goal was spectacular, another very enjoyable game.
Now home in next round to AFC Croydon.
City followed up on Wednesday by beating Farnham Town 7-3. Great attacking football again – a joy to watch. They are at home again on Saturday 17th when they entertain Hanworth Villa, kick-off 3.00pm. It would be good to see more people coming to support the club.
Admission is £7 adults, £4 concessions, including students, £1 Under 16s.

As a Guildford City supporter you will not find a team that wins every game but what you will see is a team that plays attractive honest football.
One day we all hope that we will see the town’s club playing in a ground that befits Guildford.
