Garden City Runners member Alex McIntosh was first over the line this week, followed by Gareth Wilson of the North York Moors Athletic Club at the event held in Guildford’s Stoke Park. There were 175 runners in total.
Current standing in the men’s annual points competition:
Daniel Peter HEFFERNAN (Unattached) 1,369 pts.
Andrew FLANAGAN (Unattached) 1,099 pts.
David WOODCOCK (Unattached) 1,021 pts.
Women’s placings:
Katherine PHILP (SW30-34) of Garden City Runners, was first (sixth overall) over the line in 19:35 – sixth time in six appearances.
Eleanor HARRISON (JW15-19) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was second (seventh overall) over the line in 20:10 – Has been first to finish on 13 previous occassions.
Lea ADAMSON (JW14) (Unattached) was third (ninth overall) over the line in 20:22.

Susanne BARNES (Woking AC) 1,285 pts.
Julia BONILLA (Unattached) 1,163 pts.
Debbie AITKEN (Unattached) 1,131 pts.
The following runners recorded the best age grade scores:
Keith SPACIE (VM75-79) was graded 81.81 % for the time 24:33 (53rd overall).
Susanna HARRISON (VW50-54) was graded 78.17 % for the time 21:27 (15th overall).
Lea ADAMSON (JW14) was graded 77.17 % for the time 20:22 (ninth overall).
This week there were 175 runners, of whom 27 were first timers and 26 recorded new personal bests. Representatives of 20 different athletics clubs took part.
Guildford parkrun started on March 10, 2012, and since then 1,913 different runners, including participants from 148 athletics clubs, have completed 6,880 runs covering a total distance of 34,400 km, and there have been 1,495 new personal bests.
The women’s course record is held by Katherine PHILP who ran in a time of 18:46 on May 18, 2013 (event number 60).
The men’s course record is held by Tom ALDRED who ran in a time of 15:30 on April 7, 2012 (event number 5).
The age grade course record is held by Jane DAVIES who recorded a 90.41 % run (22:25) on April 27, 2013 (event number 57).

Due to the music festival taking place at Stoke Park next month, there will no parkruns on Saturday, July 13, when he festival is taking place, and also the week before, Saturday, July 6, when setting up for it will be in progress.
