This week there were 179 runners, of whom 30 were first timers and 37 recorded new personal bests. Representatives of 17 different athletics clubs took part.

Men’s placings:
Clayton PAYNE (SM30-34) of Tortoise & Hare, was first over the line in 18:35 – third time in five appearances.
Chris FINILL (VM50-54) of Harrow AC, was second over the line in 18:36.
Simon Mark LUFFRUM (SM35-39) (Unattached) was third over the line in 18:47.

Current standing in the men’s annual points competition:
Daniel Peter HEFFERNAN (Unattached) 1,847 pts.
Andrew FLANAGAN (Unattached) 1,733 pts.
David WOODCOCK (Unattached) 1,508 pts.

Women’s placings:
Rose NICHOLSON (SW25-29) of Woking AC, was first (12th overall) over the line in 19:55 – second time in four appearances.
Cecilia SIRUFFO (SW30-34) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was second (15th overall) over the line in 20:31 – has been first to finish on two previous occasions.
Susanna HARRISON (VW50-54) of Woking AC, was third (23rd overall) over the line in 21:44 – has been first to finish on eight previous occasions.

Current standing in the women’s annual points competition:
Susanne BARNES (Woking AC) 2,022 pts.
Julia BONILLA (Unattached) 1,817 pts.
Susanna HARRISON (Woking AC) 1,568 pts.

The following runners recorded the best age grade scores:
Chris FINILL (VM50-54) was graded 81.90% for the time 18:36 (second overall).
Susanna HARRISON (VW50-54) was graded 77.15% for the time 21:44 (23rd overall).
Rose NICHOLSON (SW25-29) was graded 74.31% for the time 19:55 (12th overall).

Guildford parkrun started on March 10, 2012, and since then 2,111 different runners, including participants from 152 athletics clubs, have completed 8,012 runs covering a total distance of 40,060 km, and there have been 1,781 new personal bests.

The women’s course record is held by Katherine PHILP who ran in a time of 18:46 on May 18, 2013 (event number 60).
The men’s course record is held by Tom ALDRED who ran in a time of 15:30 on April 7, 2012 (event number 5).
The age grade course record is held by Jane DAVIES who recorded a 90.41% run (22:25) on April 27, 2013 (event number 57).
