Guildford Parkrun Saturday February 22

This week there were 177 runners, of whom 30 were first timers and 16 recorded new personal bests. Representatives of 19 different athletics clubs took part.

Guildford parkrun in Stoke Park on Saturday, February 22.

Men’s placings:
Macgregor James COX (JM15-19) (unattached) was first over the line in 18:42 – first appearance.
Colin HIGH (SM25-29) (unattached) was second over the line in 18:55.
Michael BAGGOTT (SM30-34) of Woking AC, was third over the line in 19:05.

Current standing in the men’s annual points competition:
Daniel Peter HEFFERNAN (unattached) 4,053 pts.
David WOODCOCK (unattached) 3,186 pts.
Andrew FLANAGAN (unattached) 2,971 pts.

Women’s placings:
Susanna HARRISON (VW50-54) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was first (19th overall) over the line in 22:05 – 10th time in 62 appearances.
Suzanne WOOD (VW45-49) (unattached) was second (23rd overall) over the line in 22:24.
Zoe ROWE (SW30-34) (unattached) was third (26th overall) over the line in 22:30.

The age grade course record is held by Jane DAVIES who recorded a 90.41% run (22:25) on April 27 2013 (event number 57).
