This week at Stoke Park there were 207 runners, of whom 35 were first timers and 38 recorded new personal bests. Representatives of 16 different athletics clubs took part.

Men’s placings:
Colin HIGH (SM25-29) (unattached) was first over the line in 17:54 – first time in nine appearances.
An unknown runner was second.
Stuart FRIZELL (VM35-39) (unattached) was third over the line in 19:38.

Current standing in the men’s annual points competition:
David ANDREWS (unattached) 978 pts.
Trevor WOOD (unattached) 896 pts.
Adam COOK (unattached) 704 pts.

Women’s placings:
Michelle OLDHAM (VW40-44) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was first (11th overall) over the line in 20:53 – sixth time in 31 appearances.
Clare SYLVESTER (VW50-54) of Thames Hare & Hounds, was second (18th overall) over the line in 21:36 – was first to finish once before.
Zoe ROWE (SW30-34) (unattached) was third (20th overall) over the line in 21:52.

Susanne BARNES (Woking AC) 1,081 pts.
