Masked Knife Bandit Fails to Rob Post Office and Flees on Bike

A masked knife-wielding man is being hunted for trying to rob the post office on Guildford Road in Ash on Sunday (June 21).

He entered just after 2:30pm, threatened staff with the knife and demanded money. He damaged the shop but nothing was taken, no-one was hurt and he left on a bicycle.

Police are reviewing CCTV, but are keen to hear from anyone who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area.
