14:00  The Mayor, Councillor Richard Billington, attends Surrey County Council Children’s Services, Surrey Skilfest at the Urnfield Sports Ground, Guildford County School, Downside Road entrance, Guildford.

Sunday 14 July

11:45 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Lynda Billington, attends the 2nd KMAMA (Korean Martial Arts Master’s Association) Championships at the Surrey Sports Park, Guildford.

15:00 The Mayor and Mayoress join the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for a Civic Service at St Martin’s Church, Dorking; by invitation of the Chairman of Mole Valley District Council, Councillor Mary Huggins.

Monday 15 July

12:00 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the University of Surrey Undergraduates Degree Ceremonies at Guildford Cathedral.

14:35 The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Marsha Moseley, accompanied by her Consort, Councillor Nigel Manning, welcomes to Guildford the TGS Eurogroup from Italy at the Guildhall, Guildford.

Tuesday 16 July

19:15  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends Guildford Shakespeare Company’s Press Night for their production of ‘Merry Wives’ at Stoke Park Railway, Burchatts Farm Gate, London Road, Guildford.

Wednesday 17 July

15:15 The Mayor and Deputy Mayor attend a meeting of the Trustees of the Mayor of Guildford Local Distress Fund and Arundel House Charity at Millmead House, Guildford.

Thursday 18 July

09:30 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the University of Surrey Undergraduates Degree Ceremonies at Guildford Cathedral.

11:00 The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, attends the presentation of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (Innovation) by Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of Surrey, Mr Michael More-Molyneux, to M R Solutions at their offices in Portsmouth Road, Guildford.

18:50 The Mayor attends the 75th Anniversary of the Liberation of Cagny, Pirbright’s twinned town, at Lord Pirbright’s Hall, Pirbright.

Friday 19 July

10:15 The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, attends Guildford Borough Council’s Leisure Services’ Poetry Pals Intergenerational Project Celebration at Shawfield Day Centre, Ash.

18:15 The Mayor attends the University of Surrey VIP Dinner at the Lakeside Restaurant at the University of Surrey, Guildford.

Saturday 20 July

12:00 The Mayor officially opens Ash Parish Council’s Ash Peace Day at the Ash Centre, Ash.

13:20 The Mayor officially opens the Wood Street Village Show on the Wood Street Village Green, Guildford.

Sunday 21 July

10:15 The Mayor welcomes to Guildford a delegation of primary school students and teachers from China, at the Guildhall.

15:00 The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Councillor Nigel Manning, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey District for a Civic Service at the United Reformed Church, Farnham; by invitation of the Mayor of Farnham, Councillor Pat Evans.

Monday 22 July

10:15 The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, welcomes to Guildford a delegation of primary school students and teachers from China, at the Guildhall.

10:30 The Mayor officially launches this year’s Guildford Walkfest at the Mandolay Hotel, Guildford.

Tuesday 23 July

16.30 The Mayor attends Millmead House for a briefing for the Council Meeting at 7pm.

19:00 The Mayor Chairs a meeting of the Council in the Council Chamber.

Thursday 25 July

15:45 The Mayor visits Mrs Pat Williams to wish her a happy 100th birthday at her home at Torn Bank, Guildford.

17:00 The Mayor attends the Celebration for the Creation of the 17th Century Inspired Garden exhibition by Syrian refugee families at Guildford House, High Street, Guildford.

Friday 26 July

18:30 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for a Charity Fish ‘n’ Chips & Entertainment Night at The Greeno Centre, Glebelands Gardens, Shepperton; by invitation of the Mayor of Spelthorne, Councillor Mary Madams. Proceeds from this event will go towards the Mayor of Spelthorne’s chosen charities.

Saturday 27 July

14:30 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for a Charity Afternoon Tea with Fizz at Blanchman’s Farm Local Nature Reserve, Warlingham; by invitation of the Chairman of Tandridge, Councillor Jeremy Pursehouse. Proceeds from this event will go towards the Chairman’s chosen charities.
