Sunday 22 September

15:00  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for a Civic Service at St Nicolas Church, Cranleigh; by invitation of the Mayor of Waverley, Councillor Mary Foryszewski.

Monday 23 September

11:00  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Pitch@Palace event at the University of Surrey, Guildford. Pitch@Palace was founded in 2014 to provide a platform to amplify and accelerate the work of Entrepreneurs. Pitch@Palace gives Entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet the people who can help make their business dreams become a reality.

15:45  The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Send Village Recreational Ground Centenary Celebrations at Recreation Ground Pavilion, Send Road, Send.

17:00  The Mayor and Mayoress return to the University of Surrey for the remainder of the Pitch@Palace event.

Wednesday 25 September

12:30  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Rotary Club of Guildford District Lunch at Guildford Golf Club, Merrow.

14:00  The Mayor and Mayoress attend Claremont Court Care Home for their British Food Fortnight – Revival of the Great British Tea event.

Friday 27 September

11:15  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Guildford Home-Start Annual General Meeting at Astolat House, Guildford.

13:00  The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Federation of Small Businesses Surrey Apprentices Graduation Ceremony at Guildford Cathedral.

19:45  The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Matrix Trust Annual Dinner at Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking.

Saturday 28 September

09:15  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, officially starts the Guildford Town Centre Chaplaincy & Walkfest (Surrey Hills) Charity Angel Walk at Guildford Railway Station, Guildford.

12:30  The Mayor and Mayoress join the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for a Charity Lunch on the Lawn, ‘A Taste of Mole Valley’, at Hill House Farm, Beare Green, Nr. Dorking; by invitation of the Chairman of Mole Valley District Council, Councillor Mary Higgins. All proceeds from this event will go to the Chairman’s chosen charities.

Sunday 29 September

10:30  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, meets with the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Charity Ride in Quarry Street, Guildford. The event is held annually in support of the Movember Foundation; which raises funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health.

Thursday 3 October

19:45  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the ‘Mayor’s Dinner’ at the County Club, High Street, Guildford. The Mayor will speak about his Mayoral year before handing over to Dr Colin Stokes of The Prostate Project, one of the Mayor’s chosen charities for 2019-20.

Friday 4 October

09:00  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, arrives at the Guildhall to robe in readiness for the annual Service for the Judiciary. The Mayor will greet the High Sheriff of Surrey, Mrs Bridget Biddell DL, Crown Court & District Judges and Surrey Magistrates prior to processing to Holy Trinity Church for a special service to celebrate the beginning of the legal term.

14:00  The Mayor and Mayoress attend Queen Elizabeth Park Care Home for their British Food Fortnight – Revival of the Great British Tea event.

19:15  The Mayor and Mayoress attend the William Cobbett Society Annual Memorial Illustrated Lecture at the Farnham Maltings, Farnham.

Sunday 6 October

15:00  The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Puttenham Hill Care Home Mad Hatter Tea Party, and opening of their new display by staff and residents.
