10:30 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends a Christmas Coffee Morning at Stoke Hospital, Guildford.

15:00 The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Councillor Nigel Manning, attends the Lanesborough Preparatory School’s Carol Service at Guildford Cathedral, Guildford.

18:30 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends Northmead Junior School’s production of ‘Porridge’, held at the school.

Friday 13 December

10:00 The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Councillor Nigel Manning, attends the Mayor of Runnymede and the Mayor of Surrey Heath’s Tour of Longcross Film Studios, Cobham; followed by lunch at the Bluebells Restaurant, Ascot.

16:15 The Deputy Mayor and Consort attends the Guildford School of Acting’s No Asylum film screening, Q&A Session VIP Drinks Reception and the performance of ‘The Diary of Anne Frank’, as part of the Guildford School of Acting’s 85th Anniversary Celebrations, at the Rex Doyle Studio Theatre, the Ivy Arts Centre and the Bellairs Theatre at the University of Surrey, Guildford.

17:00 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends Guildford Spectrum’s ‘Peter Pan on Ice’ Pantomime.

18:45 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Rotary Club of Guildford’s ‘The Mayor of Guildford’s Christmas Concert’ at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford. Funds raised from the evening will be donated to the Mayor of Guildford’s Local Distress Fund and there will be a retiring collection for the Mayor’s chosen charities, The Prostate Project and the Royal Surrey County Hospital Charity.

18:25 The Mayor and Mayoress attend a Carol Service at Guildford Crematorium, Pond Road, Guildford.

19:00 The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Councillor Nigel Manning, attends the Re-opening of The Cricketers on the Green Public House, Pirbright.

Thursday 19 December

10:30 The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Age UK Surrey Christmas Carol Service at Guildford Cathedral.

16:00 The Mayor joins the Managing Director of Guildford Borough Council, Mr James Whiteman, and the Leader of the Council, Councillor Caroline Reeves, for a Christmas Reception, in the council’s restaurant, to wish the staff a Merry Christmas.
