14:30 The Mayor attends the Guildford West Scout District’s St George’s Parade at Guildford Castle Grounds.

Wednesday 30 April

09:30 The Mayor attends the University of Surrey Higher Degree Ceremonies for the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Guildford Cathedral.

15:20 The Mayor attends the Guildford Institute’s ‘Celebrating Mayors of Guildford’ event at the Guildford Institute, Ward Street, Guildford.

17:30 The Mayor attends Lambing with the Lord and Countess of Onslow at Clandon.

18:30 The Deputy Mayor, Cllr Howard Smith, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, Mrs Debbie Smith, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for the Mayor of Elmbridge’s Civic Reception at The Cobham Curve, Cobham.

Thursday 1 May

09:30 The Mayor attends the University of Surrey Higher Degree Ceremonies for the Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences at Guildford Cathedral; followed by a Reception at the University of Surrey’s Stag Hill Campus, Guildford.

15:30 The Mayor attends a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Woodland Cabin at the Chilworth C of E Infant and Nursery School, Chilworth.

18:15 The Mayor attends the University of Surrey Higher Degree Ceremonies VIP Dinner at the Lakeside Private Dining Restaurant, Rik Medlik Building at the University of Surrey’s Stag Hill Campus, Guildford.

Friday 2 May

10:45 The Deputy Mayor attends the Southeast Communities Rail Partnership – Railway 200 and Guildford 180 Celebration event for 180 years of the railway at Guildford at Guildford Railway Station.

12:30 The Mayor hosts a ‘Thank You’ Lunch at the Guildhall for all those who have supported her during her Mayoral Year.

Saturday 3 May

18:30 The Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Mr Phil Collier, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for the Mayor of Runnymede’s Charity Ball at The Clubhouse, Foxhills Country Club & Resort, Ottershaw. All proceeds raised at this event will go to the Mayor of Runnymede’s chosen charities.
Wednesday 7 May

12:00 The Mayor, Cllr Sallie Barker MBE, chairs the Annual Meeting of Guildford Borough Council at the Guildhall, at which the Mayor elect, Cllr Howard Smith, will be proposed for election as Mayor for the Municipal Year 2025/2026 and Cllr Jane Tyson as Deputy Mayor of Guildford.

11:50 The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Ash Parish Council VE Day 80^th Anniversary at the Ash Centre, Ash.
