Friday 30 January

14:25             The Mayor, Councillor Howard Smith, officially opens ST Bazar a new Asian grocery store at 141 Worplesdon Road, Guildford.

Monday 2 February

10:00             The Mayor attends the Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership Launch of the Youth Training Project at 109 Southway, Guildford.

Wednesday 4 February

09:50              The Mayor welcome Chinese students from the UK-China Culture & Education Exchange Centre at the Guildhall, Guildford.

11:30              The Mayor attends the hanging of a painting of the late Queen Elizabeth II at The Hive, Park Barn Drive, Guildford.

Thursday 5 February                           

16:30             The Mayor, accompanied by his family, attends the AirHop Guildford Media Launch of their new attractions at AirHop Guildford, Midleton Industrial Estate, Guildford.

Sunday 8 February

10:25             The Mayor attends the Air Cadets 85th Anniversary March and Church Service at St Mary’s Church, Quarry Street, Guildford.

Tuesday 10 February

18:15             The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Debbie Smith, attends the Press Night Reception for the Guildford Shakespeare Company’s production of David Copperfield at the Guildhall, followed by the performance at Holy Trinity Church, High Street, Guildford.

Wednesday 11 February

12:00             The Mayor attends the Vice-Chancellor’s Installation Ceremony at Guildford Cathedral.

17:30             The Mayor attends a briefing for the meeting of the Council at 19:00 in the Mayor’s Parlour.

19:00             The Mayor chairs a meeting of the Council in the Council Chamber.
