19:00           The Mayor, Councillor Richard Billington, attends a meeting at the Council Offices, Millmead.

Wednesday 15 May
10:30           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Lynda Billington, attends a Coffee Morning at Abbot’s Hospital, High Street, Guildford.
16.30           The Mayor attends Millmead House for a briefing for the Council Meeting at 7pm.
19:00           The Mayor Chairs a meeting of the Council in the Council Chamber.

Friday 17 May
19:20           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Guildford Opera Company Concert at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.

Saturday 18 May
11:15           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Kirat Rai Yayokkha UK (KRY UK) Annual Event of Rai Community – SEKALA (Ubhauli) 2019 at Kirat Rai House, Ripley.

Tuesday 21 May
12:00           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, officially opens the Guildford Quilters Exhibition at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.

Wednesday 22 May
19:15           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the St John Ambulance & NHS Organ Donor Awards at the Guildhall, Guildford.

Thursday 23 May
09:50           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends Guildford Poyle Charities’ Annual General Meeting, which includes the Dicing for the Maid’s Money Ceremony at the Guildhall, Guildford.

Bank Holiday Monday, 28 May
10:00           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Surrey County Agricultural Society County Show & President’s Lunch at Stoke Park, Guildford.

Wednesday 29 May
13:00           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends a Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace, London.

Saturday 1 June
12:10           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, officially opens this year’s Guildford in Bloom Picnic in the Castle Grounds, Guildford.
