Bank Holiday Monday, 26 August 

09:00             The Mayor opens the Guildford Archery Club’s Acorn Tournament by shooting the first arrow at Guildford Archery Club, Normandy.

13:45             The Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Mr Phil Collier, attends the Guildford Rotary Music Charity event at Gosden House School, Bramley.

Saturday 31 August

14:30             The Mayor attends the Pirbright Horticultural Society’s 125th Anniversary Tea Party at Lord Pirbright’s Hall, The Green, Pirbright.

19:00             The Mayor attends the first Ice Hockey match of the season for the Guildford Flames at Guildford Spectrum.

Sunday 1 September

12:30             The Mayor attends the National Malay and Borneo Veterans (Surrey Branch) celebration of Malaysian Independence Day and lunch at Cecil Ince Hall, West Clandon.
