Nicky specialises in the strategy of social media and has recently been ranked in the top 10 UK marketing influencers on social media, as well as in the top 18 digital marketing influencers.

Her latest book follows on from the success of her previous title How to Twitter for Business Success, and takes the reader on an easy to follow journey through the worlds of Twitter and LinkedIn.

She has aimed her latest book at small businesses with little or no marketing budget and has created a guide on how to build a brand to attract, nurture and convert social media conversations into clients.

The book includes tips and advice from a number of social media experts. She has encapsulated juicy nuggets of information on how to create compelling content, into useful bite-sized chunks.

Nicky has a background in corporate marketing and sales. She is also a master neuro linguistic practitioner, so communicating is her key strength.

Since starting social media training in 2010, she has worked with more than 1,000 small and medium-sized business owners as well as multinationals focusing on practical advice, top tips and guidance.
