Mary Branson, Artist-in-Residence at the Houses of Parliament, will give a talk about the creation of her exhibit, which is sited at the entrance to St Stephen’s Hall.
The art installation, ‘New Dawn’, celebrates the struggle for votes for women. An addition to the Parliamentary Art Collection, it is the first piece of abstract art commissioned for permanent display in the historic Palace of Westminster.
The talk will take place at Holy Trinity Church in Bramley, at 7pm on Tuesday, March 13.
The £10 ticket price includes a finger buffet and a glass of wine.

Proceeds from the event will go to the Grafham Rooms and St Andrew’s Church, Grafham.
