Notice: Combined Charities Christmas Fair Comes To Guildhall

The annual Combined Charities Christmas Fair, sponsored by Guildford Homestay, offers an opportunity to support local charities, have a cup of tea or coffee, buy your Christmas cards and take part in some fun and games.

The Fair will take place between 11am and 3.30pm in the Guildhall, Guildford High Street, on Sunday, November 17.

There promises to be a huge supply of Christmas cards, an array of gifts, games and refreshments, plus an opportunity to talk to representatives of the participating charities, all accompanied by musical entertainment from local Ukulele band You Ukes.

There will be a free prize draw for a luxury hair styling package from Sanrizz Hairdressing Salon for all who attend. Admission is free.

This will also be a rare chance to see inside the historic Guildhall.

Among the charities participating are: the National Eczema Society, Compassion in World Farming, the Halow project, Headway Surrey, Surrey Drug and Alcohol Care, The Children’s Trust, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, The Royal Surrey County Hospital Charity, The Samaritans and Woking and Sam Beare Hospice.
