Notice: Free Public Lecture ‘Germany Today’

The Guildford Twinning Association announces the deputy head of mission at the German Embassy in London, Julia Gross, will give its spring lecture, Germany Today, on Tuesday, March 9, at 7.15pm via Zoom.

Barbara Ford, who chairs the Guildford Twinning Association, said that Julia Goss has lived and worked on diplomatic service in various countries. She added: “Her take is sure to be interesting and well-informed.

“Ms Gross will talk about current issues in Germany. What is the German view on Germany, its position in the world, in Europe, its future?”

There will be an opportunity for questions, preferably submitted in advance by email to: guildfordtwinning@gmail.com
