RASASC is a registered charity which has been providing support to male and female victims of rape and sexual abuse across Surrey since 1992.
They are currently seeking applicants for the newly developed role of Community Engagement Officer.
Based in Guildford, but with some travel across Surrey involved, this is a full time position with a salary of £18,500.
The successful candidate will work with key organisations within Surrey such as community groups, schools and colleges, to raise awareness of the impact and issues of rape and sexual abuse and the importance of the work RASASC delivers to survivors. The postholder will also manage the recruitment, training, retention and support of volunteers.
As the role requires travel across Surrey, the use of a car and a clean current driving licence are essential.
For more details about the role, and how to apply, see their website or call Caroline Holton on 01483 568000.
The closing date for applications is Friday, June 30 at 12.30pm.
