Notice: Talk: Optimising A Plant-Based Diet – A Solar Sisters Event

On Thursday, November 18, Nutrition Coach Tim Goodman will give a talk on how to make a healthy switch to a plant-based diet.

The event will take place at Solar Sisters, Guildford’s first zero waste shop.

Guildford-based Tim will discuss how to reduce the amount of animal produce consumed and the need to consider planning to optimise health. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session.

Solar Sisters is at 86 North Street and the talk will take place between 6pm and 7.30pm.

Tea, coffee, cake and snacks will be served. A Solar Sisters reusable pint cup will be available to use at Growler’s & Cans in Chertsey Street, where a discounted beer will be available to bring to the event.
