Training sessions in which you can learn to save someone suffering a cardiac arrest are taking place in Merrow on Saturday, January 27.
These free 45-minute Learn to Save a Life sessions are at St John’s Centre, Epsom Road and are being led by a team of highly qualified paramedics.
Jane Stevenson from Beating Hearts Merrow said: “There’s been a recent spate of sudden cardiac arrests, often affecting previously fit people. If resuscitation including using a defibrillator is carried out promptly, survival chances can be as high as up to 80%. But without action, the person will die.”
See poster below for more details and how to register to attend.
