The Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership is looking to recruit volunteer trustees.
The charity offers work experience, training and careers advice to people who badly need help to get into work and offers courses to help enrich their lives.
One of its best-known projects that is based in Guildford is refurbishing bikes as a non-for-profit business using abandoned cycles, and creating gardening teams to refresh gardens.
It needs more trustees to watch over and steer the work. SLLP is keen to meet people with financial or legal experience, who understand marketing, are able to work across a range of partners, or perhaps have had contact with older learners as well of those of school age.
Being a trustee is a volunteer role and a great way of giving something back to the community.
