The Beautiful Surrey 2015 calendar is now available and readers of The Guildford Dragon NEWS can buy copies with a 20% discount.

When buying copies via the Beautiful Surrey website, mention The Guildford Dragon NEWS by adding the word ‘Dragon” as you fill in your details in the box marked ‘Discount’ and you’ll get 20% off the normal price of £9.99.

The calendar contains stunning pictures by local photographers who contribute their images to the Beautiful Surrey Facebook page.

Photographer and web designer Dan James (whose own images are featured regularly on the Guildford Dragon) has created the calendar.

The judges choose the images for the calendar.

A panel of judges chose the images for the calendar back in July. They included David Rose of The Guildford Dragon NEWS who has also written captions to each picture, noting some snippets of “Surrey history and facts”.
