PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT: Land at Guildford College, Stoke Road, Guildford, GU1 1EZ

WE GIVE NOTICE THAT: Stone Grove Stoke Park Limited

Have appealed the Guildford Borough Council decision 17/P/00509, which sought permission for:

“Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide purpose built student accommodation with 527 bedspaces, 149 sqm D1 floorspace, 969 sqm of student amenity space including a gym and student hub and associated works”

 For reference, the appeal is registered under reference: APP/Y3615/W/18/3195333

Prior to the appeal hearing, additional highways information has been submitted and is available to view at:
