Aaron McKibbin, along with table tennis partner Martin Perry, won bronze in the ITTF Para European Table Tennis Championships Men’s Class 14 Doubles event held in Sheffield.
At the Crawley Grand Prix, Francesco Bonato was runner-up in the Men’s Band 3 event.
England’s Surrey-based Paul Drinkhall (Ashford) was knocked out of the European Team Championships at the last 16 round by Hungary. Having beaten Romania and Norway in previous rounds.
Krish Chotai (New Malden) was the top performer at the Surrey Junior Trials.
Surrey-based Paul Drinkhall and doubles partner Liam Pitchford narrowly lost to top seeds Lim Jonghoon and An Jaehyun of South Korea, at the WTT Contender in Brazil in the quarter-final stage 3-2 (11-8, 6-11, 11-4, 12-14. 11-9).
At the World Racketlon Championships, former Surrey Junior County table tennis player Leon Griffiths (Sutton) was runner-up in the singles event.
An event which saw him lose to his younger brother Luke in the final.
