Two Appear At Guildford Crown Court Charged With Murder in Bellfields

A 22-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy appeared at Guildford Crown Court on Tuesday, August 20, charged with murder following the discovery of the body of Neil Tulley, 54, at an address in the Bellfields area of Guildford last week.

Joshua Ellis of Cedar Way, Bellfields was remanded in custody and is next due to appear for a plea and case management hearing at Guildford Crown Court on November 4.

A 14-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was remanded into the care of the local authority. He is also next due to appear at the same court on November 4.
