Witness Appeal After Serious Collision in Milford – Motor Cyclist Taken to Hospital

The incident occurred near the Esso Garage in Milford.

Police were called to the Esso petrol station on the A283 Guildford Road, in Milford, after a collision between a blue and white motorcycle and a black Ford Transit van at about 4.15pm on Saturday (April 6).

The rider of the motorcycle was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit and causing serious injury whilst driving without due care and attention. He has since been released on bail.

Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.

A police spokesperson said: “Were you driving along the Guildford Road in Milford on Saturday afternoon? If you were in the area and witnessed the collision or have any information, including dashcam or helmet-cam footage, which could help our investigation, please contact us quoting PR 45240038505 via:
