Families are invited to step aboard Swingbridge Tranquility for a festive 45-minute cruise along the River Wey, with a very special visitor joining the journey!
Departing from Dapdune Wharf in Guildford, this accessible, broad-beam boat will set off on a scenic cruise before passengers wait for Santa to arrive.
Once aboard, Santa will join the festivities with his sack of gifts, ready to read Christmas stories, lead festive songs and help everyone get into the Christmas spirit.
Surrey Care Trust, that operates the boat, said: “There will be something for the grown-ups too, with a mince pie and a cup of mulled wine, while soft drinks will be available for younger passengers.”
All proceeds from the cruises will support Surrey Care Trust and its work with vulnerable and isolated people in the local community.
The cruises take place on selected dates between December 5 and 22, with multiple departure times between 10am and 2.30pm.
Tickets, to be booked in advance, are £16.50 per person (the price includes a booking fee).
The boat is wheelchair accessible. If so, email events@surreycaretrust.org.uk before booking to ensure there is sufficient space on board.
