Appeal For Witnesses After Serious Road Crash

Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious collision involving a car and a pedestrian in Bramley.

The incident took place just after 3am on Sunday, December 9, when a 27-year-old man and a red Peugeot taxi, which was carrying passengers at the time, collided in Tannery Lane

South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene and the man was treated for serious leg and head injuries. He has now been taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting, for treatment.

During Sunday road closures were in place in the immediate area including Tannery Lane, Horsham Road, Foxborough Road, Chinthurst Lane and Station Road.
