Notice: Astolat Model Railway Circle’s Open Day, April 30

The Astolat Model Railway Circle is having an open day on Saturday, April 30 at is base, the Barge Building Shed, at Dapdune Wharf, Guildford.

The club says the event will be a good opportunity for anyone interested in railway modelling to get tips and ideas on layout construction from a friendly bunch of enthusiasts.

There will also be a table-top sale of second-hand locos and rolling stock at bargain prices, ideal for anyone starting modelling.

A test track will be running for anyone to try out any purchases or to bring their own locos for testing.

There will be free entry to the National Trust’s Dapdune Wharf, see poster below for more details.
