Correction 2In an opinion piece: This Crucial Decision on Housing Must Be Scrutinised, published on Thursday, March 24, it was claimed that a report commissioned by Guildford Borough Council – the Strategic Housing Market Assessment or SHMA – was not published until December. In fact, it was published in October 2015.
We apologise for the error. The article has been corrected by removing the claim.
