Guildford shoppers might have noticed a new scene appearing in Chapel Street.
Well-known Guildford artist Nathalie Scott, perhaps better know for her portrait work, has been commissioned by Experience Guildford to paint a mural on the side of a blank wall, part of the newly opened pizza restaurant Stretched & Fired.
Art student Lottie Thomas, who attends a class run by Nathalie, gaining new experience and helping out on the mural on the side of the newly-opened pizza restaurant Stretched & Fired.
Amanda Masters, CEO of Experience Guildford, said: “We were really pleased when the landlord gave us permission for this project.
“This beautiful mural will enhance the street scene and will also act as a proof of concept for other projects we have in mind.”
Nathalie’s portraits will be exhibited in the Jigsaw shop, 132-134 High Street, tomorrow (Saturday, May 10).
