Joss Bigmore, leader of the Residents for Guildford and Villages (R4GV) group of 15 councillors at Guildford Borough Council and the lead councillor for finance, is interviewed by Martin Giles.

Cllr Bigmore gives his full support to the council leader’s call for strict observance of the Coronavirus emergency measures, discusses the likely financial implications on the council and says why the buses need to keep running.
