Guida Esteves is the new borough councillor for Send having retained the seat in the by-election held on May 6, made necessary by the death of Patrick Sheard.

In her interview with Martin Giles, Guida pays tribute to Patrick and explains why she decided to stand, what her priorities will be and how she has found her first couple of weeks as a councillor.
