Tim Donovan a familiar face on BBC’s local news programme.

BBC interviews with campaigner Robin Horsley and Residents for Guildford & Villages leader Joss Bigmore conducted last week by BBC London are scheduled to be broadcast tomorrow at 1.30pm and 6.30pm.

Tim Donovan, the political editor for the regional news programme, interviewed both in the wake of the Battle for Guildford video which features the controversial North Street proposal, despite it being refused by GBC in January 2023.

It is understood that the BBC editor was alerted to the story by Guildford Dragon NEWS coverage.

Unfortunately the video article is no longer available on BBC’s iPlayer

Robin Horsley is recommending that voters do not vote for R4GV, GGG and Labour candidates.

The BBC reporter has picked up on the fact that the forthcoming elections here in Guildford are particularly interesting because of the high degree of uncertainty in the outcome.

It was a similar story in 2019 when Tim Donovan came to Guildford to interview the Dragon editor who then turned the tables and interviewed the BBC editor.
