Guildford Parkrun Results August 17, 2013

On August 17 there were 155 runners, of whom 21 were first timers and 46 recorded new personal bests. Representatives of 13 different athletics clubs took part.

Men’s placings:
Nathan MARTIN (SM30-34) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was first over the line in 18:12 – third time in 14 appearances.
Tim CROSSMAN (VM50-54) (Unattached) was second over the line in 18:20.
Matthew KING (SM30-34) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was third over the line in 18:42.

Current standing in the men’s annual points competition:
Daniel Peter HEFFERNAN (Unattached) 1,660 pts.
Andrew FLANAGAN (Unattached) 1,554 pts.
Glenn MORRIS (Dorking & Mole Valley AC) 1,371 pts.

Women’s placings:
Cecilia SIRUFFO (SW30-34) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was first (14th overall) over the line in 20:31 – second time in 12 appearances.
Susanna HARRISON (VW50-54) of Woking AC, was second (24th overall) over the line in 21:14 – has been first to finish on 8 previous occasions.
Julie BARCLAY (VW50-54) of Woking AC, was third (34th overall) over the line in 22:20.

Julia BONILLA (Unattached) 1,655 pts.
Hannah MORRIS (Dorking & Mole Valley AC) 1,457 pts.

The following runners recorded the best age grade scores:
Tim CROSSMAN (VM50-54) was graded 81.73% for the time 18:20 (second overall).
Susanna HARRISON (VW50-54) was graded 78.96% for the time 21:14 (24th overall).
John MACPHERSON (VM65-69) was graded 76.16% for the time 22:14 (29th overall).

The women’s course record is held by Katherine PHILP who ran in a time of 18:46 on May 18, 2013 (event number 60).
The men’s course record is held by Tom ALDRED who ran in a time of 15:30 on April 7, 2012 (event number 5).
The age grade course record is held by Jane DAVIES who recorded a 90.41% run (22:25) on April 27, 2013 (event number 57).
