Junction 10, M25 news here.

We know that having roadworks outside your home can be disruptive and sometimes frustrating.

Whether it’s the sound of machinery, changes to access, or just the general inconvenience, it’s not always easy. That’s why we do everything we can to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Before work begins in your area, you’ll typically receive a letter or notice via signage outlining what’s planned, when it’s scheduled, and how it might affect things like parking or access to your driveway. Whilst we aim to give as much advance notice as possible, please be aware that dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This approach helps keep everyone informed and allows time to plan ahead with minimal disruption.

During the works, there may be temporary road closures, noise, or restricted access. If you have specific needs for example, health appointments, regular carers, or deliveries just speak to the crew on site. They’ll do their best to help you as your comfort and safety are important to us.

Our teams work hard to complete the job quickly and carefully, often in phases to limit disruption. We also try to keep noisy work to a minimum during early mornings or late evenings.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we carry out this essential work. These improvements are not just about maintaining the roads, they’re about making your community safer, smoother, and more resilient for the future.
