This anti-social incident should warn GBC as they are set upon creating hidden areas behind stepped galleries that are part of Walnut Bridge replacement scheme. These areas next to the river would not be visible from Bedford Road.
The area would remain quiet out of hours even if a ‘Plaza’ is created. There have been such anti-social incidents before, near the riverside paths close to the existing footbridge.
