Senior citizens are once again being invited to enjoy a three-day holiday at home courtesy of Guildford Baptist Church at Millmead.
This year’s theme is ‘Millmead campers’ and takes place from Monday to Thursday, July 22 and 25.
It’s an ideal week of activities for people over the age of 60 who want to have fun and make new friends as well.
There will be activities each day day based on the theme of a 1960s holiday camp. The Millmead centre will be transformed into a Hawaiian ballroom, with lunch and refreshments served at very reasonable costs.
The Thursday sees a trip out for a ride on a steam train on the Mid-Hants Watercress Line.
