Up to now, I would have said that there isn’t much that you could do with the design of a bath or even a bathroom. It is all variations around a theme.
But a visit to Baden Bathrooms has changed my mind. It really is stylish with British and European designs, baths, showers, taps and even brightly coloured sinks and toilets for children’s en-suites. I loved it.
Baden Bathrooms was set up in 2015 by Jeremy Fennell, a plumber by trade. He has been designing and fitting bathrooms for 20 years now.
The showroom itself opened in February 2019 and, strangely, traffic on the Guildford gyratory has been good for the business.
“People queueing on the one-way system see our shop and come back later. Already, we have a good order book,” says Jeremy.
The shop is in a Grade II listed C16/C17 building. Jeremy said: “I’ve put a lot of love into this property. It’s been a massive investment but I know Guildford well and I know that there is a market. This is a very good place to be setting up a new business.
“We offer a proper project management service. We get it all done for our customers.”
Baden Bathrooms is at 17 Park Street, Guildford GU1 4XB. You can contact online or by telephone on 01483 564422.
A really nice shop and well worth a visit.
