Rector of Effingham with Little Bookham
On Thursday morning, I decided to visit the groups at the King George V playing fields and Effingham Common. To be honest, I was a little wary, but they could not have been more friendly. Many of them shared my Christian faith and so we had some interesting conversations.
In every community – Travellers or permanent residents – it is possible to find both good and bad.
If we can look out for the good, it is surprising how often we find it.

This is very true but the good in the community need to police the bad. If there are known miscreants within a minority of the community others should ensure that all they toe the line in word and deed.
