Following on from the recent correspondence about pavement parking while out last night I came across this pavement obstruction.
Doverfield Road obstructed pavement
Access to the drop curve to cross the road is totally obstructed for mobility scooter riders and anybody out with a pushchair, albeit it was a bit later for them. It is total selfishness.
You will note access to the homeowner’s driveway has been left clear.

I hope Mr Robinson has reported this to Surrey County Council and that the Highways Department will take prompt action to deal with this unlawful obstruction of the highway.
